Rick Cavileer founded Spring Advance after 25 years in finance and small business — and he is one of the few people in this industry who has sat on both sides of the table.

He spent 15 years on Wall Street before buying and running a laundromat. That is where he learned what the funding process actually feels like when it is your payroll on the line: the waiting, the paperwork, the terms nobody explains. He started Spring Advance so other owners would get a straighter answer than he did.

Today he works across the full range of funding products — lines of credit, equipment leasing, factoring, SBA assistance, and merchant cash advances — matching owners to the option that fits, and saying so plainly when none of them do.

Vincent Mazza brings more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and commercial finance. He began his career at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs before owning and operating his own office with Raymond James Financial. During the final 13 years of his Wall Street career, he specialized in private equity, leading capital-raising initiatives for several of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Vincent later partnered with two seasoned finance professionals to build a commercial finance platform that helps businesses access the capital they need to grow. Drawing on more than two decades of banking relationships, the firm has forged strategic partnerships with major lenders — including JPMorgan Chase, TBank, Midwest Regional Bank, First Pacific Bank, and Colony Bank — alongside its own private investor syndicate. This dual-capital approach lets Vincent and his team offer business owners a full range of financing solutions, from working capital and equipment financing to SBA loans, commercial real estate financing, and acquisition capital.

Today, Vincent combines Wall Street expertise with real-world financing experience to help entrepreneurs nationwide secure capital and strategic guidance built on integrity and long-standing industry relationships.
